Boardwalk Beach Resort, whose legal name is Boardwalk Central Condominium, is a 22-story beachfront condominium property located at 9450 South Thomas Drive. Boardwalk Beach Resort is situated on approximately 4.9 +/- beautiful beachfront acres with ample parking demonstrated with a 2 level parking deck.



There are a total of 133 parking spaces on the top area deck with 139 spaces on the ground level deck. There are an additional 80 spaces on the surrounding asphalt area of the deck for a total of 375 parking spaces.

With construction completed in 2005, many units were presold and many original owners still own at Boardwalk. Also included on site are five water features which include a 64,100 gallon heated pool, 2 - 1500 gallon heated spas, 1 - 1700 gallon kiddie pool along with a splash deck for kids adjacent to the kiddie pool.
